Delivery
- Home delivery is available across all governorates in Egypt.
- Orders are delivered within 7 business days.
- Deliveries take place from Sunday to Thursday.
- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are complete and accurate.

Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, provided that:
- The product has not been used
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documents are included
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Note: Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a company error.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty
- In case of a verified manufacturing defect:
- Replacement will be provided within 4 working days for Cairo and Giza
- Replacement will be provided within 10 working days for other governorates
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling.
- Removing or tampering with the warranty seal voids the warranty.
